Heavily inspired by the masters of the Northern Renaissance, Daniel Sprick is an artist living in Colorado devoted to the meticulous representation of objects in an intimate domestic environment. Sprick’s work is defined chiefly through the style of the Dutch Baroque, tension (interior vs exterior, tradition vs experiment, representation and expression et cetera) and a noticeable absence of motion and (human) life.
